Hex Grip Mixer Control Knob With Blue Ring

Hex Grip Mixer Control Knob With Blue Ring

This distinctive control knob features a hexagonal body design with precision-machined ridges on alternating faces, providing exceptional grip and tactile feedback during operation. The knob's angular geometry offers superior finger purchase compared to traditional round knobs, making it ideal for applications requiring precise control and frequent adjustments.

A prominent rectangular position indicator sits atop the cap, clearly marking the current setting, whilst a matching coloured accent ring encircles the cap's perimeter for enhanced visual identification. The round base skirt provides stability and a professional finished appearance when mounted. This knob excels in mixing desk applications, audio equipment, and control panels where both functionality and visual appeal are paramount.

Hole Type

D Shaft Hole

A D-shaft knob features a hole with a D-shaped cross-section, having one flat side and the rest round. This configuration ensures that the knob fits snugly onto the shaft, preventing any slippage and provides absolute psoitoning of the position indicator.

The flat side of the hole aligns with the flattened side of the D-shaft, providing precise control and secure attachment. This type of hole is commonly found in knobs used in audio equipment, industrial controls, and automotive applications.

This type of hole dictates the angle of the position indicator, relative to the flat of the D shape. This is measured in degrees of rotation being either 0°, 90°, 180° or 270°.
