Large 25mm Knurled Aluminium Control Knob
Large 25mm Knurled Aluminium Control Knob
This substantial aluminium control knob features a distinctive knurled circumference that provides exceptional grip and tactile feedback during operation. The knob's cylindrical body showcases a raw aluminium finish with precisely machined ridges running vertically around its entire perimeter, creating an effective non-slip surface that remains secure even with wet or oily hands.
A prominent triangular position indicator is engraved into the flat top surface, pointing outward to clearly show the knob's rotational position. The indicator appears as a raised triangle that catches light effectively, making position reading straightforward in various lighting conditions. This knob is particularly well-suited for applications requiring precise rotational control, such as audio equipment, test instruments, and industrial machinery where accurate positioning and reliable grip are essential.

Hole Type

Round Hole
A knob designed for a round shaft has a smooth, cylindrical hole that matches the shaft's shape. This type of hole allows the knob to slide easily onto the shaft, relying on a grub screw / set screw or friction to keep it in place. This design is widely used in audio equipment, consumer electronics, and control panels due to its simplicity and versatility
A knob with a round hole can typically also be used on a D type shaft in the 180° position (where the position indicator is opposite to the flat of the D) and can often also be mouned to splined shafts in low torque applications.
