Marbled Colour Domed Top Guitar Knob

Marbled Colour Domed Top Guitar Knob

This distinctive control knob features a smooth domed cap with an elegant marbled finish that catches the light beautifully. The circumference is enhanced with subtle knurling that provides excellent grip whilst maintaining a refined appearance. Unlike traditional flat-topped knobs, the domed profile offers a comfortable tactile experience and adds visual depth to your instrument's control panel.

The marbled pattern creates a unique aesthetic that works particularly well on guitars where you want to add character without overwhelming the overall design. The knurling around the edge ensures reliable operation even with slightly damp fingers, making it ideal for live performance situations. This knob strikes the perfect balance between functional grip and sophisticated styling, making it suitable for both vintage-inspired builds and modern custom instruments where attention to detail matters.

Hole Type

Round Hole

A knob designed for a round shaft has a smooth, cylindrical hole that matches the shaft's shape. This type of hole allows the knob to slide easily onto the shaft, relying on a grub screw / set screw or friction to keep it in place. This design is widely used in audio equipment, consumer electronics, and control panels due to its simplicity and versatility

A knob with a round hole can typically also be used on a D type shaft in the 180° position (where the position indicator is opposite to the flat of the D) and can often also be mouned to splined shafts in low torque applications.
