Ridged Aluminium Control Knob with Blue Position Ring

Ridged Aluminium Control Knob with Blue Position Ring

This distinctive control knob features a flat-topped design with a striking blue ring that seamlessly connects to the position indicator line, creating both visual appeal and functional clarity. The solid aluminium construction provides durability and a premium feel, whilst the precisely machined vertical ridges around the circumference ensure excellent grip and control during operation.

The knob's compact 20mm diameter makes it ideal for applications where space is at a premium, yet the substantial feel and tactile feedback make it suitable for precision control tasks. The blue accent ring not only serves as an attractive design element but also enhances visibility of the knob's position, making it particularly well-suited for audio equipment, test instruments, and control panels where quick visual reference is important.

Hole Type

Round Hole

A knob designed for a round shaft has a smooth, cylindrical hole that matches the shaft's shape. This type of hole allows the knob to slide easily onto the shaft, relying on a grub screw / set screw or friction to keep it in place. This design is widely used in audio equipment, consumer electronics, and control panels due to its simplicity and versatility

A knob with a round hole can typically also be used on a D type shaft in the 180° position (where the position indicator is opposite to the flat of the D) and can often also be mouned to splined shafts in low torque applications.
