Wide Knurled Aluminium Control Knob with Flat Top
Wide Knurled Aluminium Control Knob with Flat Top
This wide-profile control knob features a robust aluminium construction with precision-machined knurled edges that provide exceptional grip and control. The flat circular top surface offers a clean, professional appearance whilst the deeply cut knurling around the circumference ensures reliable operation even with wet or oily hands.
The knob's low-profile design makes it ideal for applications where space is limited or where a sleek, unobtrusive appearance is desired. Its solid aluminium construction provides excellent durability and resistance to wear, making it particularly well-suited for professional audio equipment, test instruments, and high-quality electronic devices where both performance and aesthetics matter.

Hole Type
Round Hole
A knob designed for a round shaft has a smooth, cylindrical hole that matches the shaft's shape. This type of hole allows the knob to slide easily onto the shaft, relying on a grub screw / set screw or friction to keep it in place. This design is widely used in audio equipment, consumer electronics, and control panels due to its simplicity and versatility
A knob with a round hole can typically also be used on a D type shaft in the 180° position (where the position indicator is opposite to the flat of the D) and can often also be mouned to splined shafts in low torque applications.
