Solid Aluminium Control Knob

Solid Aluminium Control Knob

This precision-engineered control knob features a solid aluminium construction with a distinctive knurled circumference that provides excellent grip and tactile feedback. The flat top surface creates a clean, professional appearance whilst the raised ridges around the perimeter ensure secure finger placement during operation.

A crisp silver position indicator line is prominently displayed on the flat top surface, offering clear visual reference for precise control positioning. The knob's compact cylindrical profile and quality aluminium finish make it particularly well-suited for professional audio equipment, laboratory instruments, and high-end electronic devices where both functionality and aesthetics matter. The knurled texture not only enhances grip but also adds a sophisticated industrial character that complements modern control panel designs.

Hole Type

Round Hole

A knob designed for a round shaft has a smooth, cylindrical hole that matches the shaft's shape. This type of hole allows the knob to slide easily onto the shaft, relying on a grub screw / set screw or friction to keep it in place. This design is widely used in audio equipment, consumer electronics, and control panels due to its simplicity and versatility

A knob with a round hole can typically also be used on a D type shaft in the 180° position (where the position indicator is opposite to the flat of the D) and can often also be mouned to splined shafts in low torque applications.
