15x15 Plain Solid Aluminium Control Knob
15x15 Plain Solid Aluminium Control Knob
This cylindrical control knob features a solid aluminium construction with distinctive vertical ridges running around its circumference. The knob presents a clean, industrial appearance with a flat top surface and no position indicator, making it ideal for rotary encoder applications where continuous rotation is required.
The ridged surface provides excellent grip and tactile feedback, whilst the robust aluminium construction ensures durability in demanding environments. Its understated design makes it suitable for professional audio equipment, industrial controls, and electronic instruments where functionality takes precedence over decorative elements.

Hole Type

Round Hole
A knob designed for a round shaft has a smooth, cylindrical hole that matches the shaft's shape. This type of hole allows the knob to slide easily onto the shaft, relying on a grub screw / set screw or friction to keep it in place. This design is widely used in audio equipment, consumer electronics, and control panels due to its simplicity and versatility
A knob with a round hole can typically also be used on a D type shaft in the 180° position (where the position indicator is opposite to the flat of the D) and can often also be mouned to splined shafts in low torque applications.
